Experienced Therap Administrator for DDD Services
We are seeking an experienced Therap Administrator to manage and oversee the implementation of our DDD (Developmental Disabilities Division) services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Therap platform and extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. The duties of this position include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, training staff onTherap usage, configuring user accounts and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. The successful candidate will also possess exceptional organizational and communication skills in addition to having minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Bilingual Receptionist for Special Needs Adult Day Habilitation Program

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working face-to-face with families, professionals and either children, individuals with developmental disabilities, or the elderly.

The Duties of this Position include:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Communication:
- Serve as a bridge between staff, visitors, and individuals with special needs, ensuring effective communication.
- Translate documents and messages as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for various staff members.
Cultural Sensitivity:
- Understand and respect the diverse backgrounds and needs of individuals with special needs and their families.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Provide assistance to other departments as necessary.
Required:
- Positive attitude and outlook.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sensitivity and patience in dealing with individuals with special needs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Relevant skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certifications or training in office administration software is a plus.
