June 2-August 29 from 10 AM to 3 PM

For children and teens 5-20 currently receiving CMO or Performcare Services

Summer means a break from school and type to play, make new friends, and get outdoors for fun! At Gracious Services, Inc., our team is ready to host your child or teen with behavioral challenges or special needs, and provide safe, supervised adventures for everyone!

If your child or teen receives services through a Care Management Organization or Performcare, you can receive two weeks of camp. Choose your weeks around travel and family schedules!

Open to Residents of Essex, Middlesex, Union, Somerset Counties

Ages 5 and up

Two weeks covered through Care Management Organization (CMO) or Performcare

On site activities designed to tap into strengths, interests, and needs

Community activities, events, and trips to support inclusivity and practice behavioral awareness in public settings

Opportunities to recognize and regulate emotions in a safe space

Counselors trained in sensory sensitivities, descalation techniques, and crisis management

Inclusive of ADHD, ODD, CD, Autism (ASD), Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Brain Injury & other diagnoses

Parents will need to provide a daily brown bag lunch.

Drop off is 9:50 AM and Pickup is 2:50 PM at the 25 South Ave., Fanwood location.
