We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist with an active LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, and credential in New Jersey to provide therapeutic services to youth and families in a home and community setting. The IIC Therapist will develop and implement individualized, strength-based treatment plans to support children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges while also collaborating with our BA’s (Behavioral Assistants).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home and community-based individual and family therapy to youth ages 5–21 referred through the New Jersey Children's System of Care (CSOC).
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring. 
  • Collaborate with the child and family team (CFT), care management organization (CMO), and other service providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Play Therapy, or other modalities appropriate to the client’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Attend supervision regularly (as required by licensing and agency standards).
  • Comply with CSOC, Medicaid, and agency documentation and billing requirements.
  • Attend child-family team meetings, crisis interventions, and other case-related events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in counseling or related mental health field.
