Founder/CEO

With over three decades of expertise in financial management, Bayo Badmus has distinguished himself as a leader armed with palpable experience and profound insights into wealth management. A seasoned professional with various degrees in finance, he has been a guiding force in asset and money management on Wall Street, bringing his wealth of knowledge to steer robust financial strategies and investment decisions as Gracious Services’ CEO.

Bayo launched the service-driven Gracious Services, Inc. with a strong financial foundation and an even stronger sense of compassion. Gracious Services, which began as a single location, single demographic, client-centric service provider is now positioned to grow and dramatically enhance lives with holistic care and services.

Under his leadership, Gracious Services does not merely strive to grow in size but is concentrated on enhancing quality, ensuring the best interests, welfare, and safety of all involved. This commitment is evident in the agency's ambitions to expand its reach across New Jersey, including the addition of special needs residential programs, an expansion of services for children, and initiatives in behavioral health - always with a sustained emphasis on quality over quantity. Executive Director

With over 15 years of progressive leadership in behavioral health care and developmental disabilities, Patricia Kane is renowned for her innovative, compassionate approach and her ability to produce exceptional results.

A persuasive and enthusiastic communicator, she excels in motivating teams and driving organizational success through hands-on leadership while avoiding micromanagement.

Her pragmatic, business-driven mindset enables her to keep the larger picture in focus and translate vision into actionable leadership.

Patricia's expertise includes infrastructure building, encompassing systems, processes, and protocols, ensuring interdisciplinary functionality, and managing change across departments and service lines. Her commitment to the field is demonstrated by her active involvement in various professional organizations, including the New Jersey Association of Children Youth and Families, Children’s System of Care, New Jersey Association of Mental Health Agencies, National Association of Social Workers, New Jersey Association of Community Providers, National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems and others.

Jeff Schaetzle

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Jeff Schaetzle leads the efforts to oversee behavioral services for Gracious Services’ special needs adult clients as well as provide consulting supports for youth and adults to teach a variety of skills and address challenging behaviors.

Jeff, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Specialist, (BCBA) brings over 15 years of knowledge and expertise to Gracious Services.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from St. Joseph’s University and a Masters in School Psychology and Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. He has extensive experience in behavioral health treatment, clinical supervision, and multidisciplinary collaboration with kids and adults with varying needs and disabilities in school, private homes, group homes, day programs and employment settings.
